Hotel is new, spacious!!! Great bed and bed linen, we also had a welcoming fruit plate and cake I loved that!!!! We will return again😍
We got an early check-in at 10am as requested and overall the staff was very friendly. Big spa area for a hotel midst in the city and very good for close by luxury shopping.
Friendly staff, they seem to know you. Great advice on restaurants and bookings. Knowledgeable about all the various Covid related rules and regulations for next destination.
Location is great - 3 minutes walking to Duomo. The staff is excelent, very kind and always there to support you. The room is amazing. We like it so much that we extended our staying with one more night and definitely we will return to this...
