Great hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Invisible maids. I have a personal hammam in my room, which functions perfectly. Wonderful view from the window to the lake. Great restaurant with excellent food and excellent service.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent. Everyone we encountered there went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and fun as possible. The facilities were very new and clean. The breakfast (included) was phenomenal.
